Return Policy

Since all items are custom made for this store, we have a no returns policy for all items.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for sizes, unless the wrong size was sent.

The exception for refunds or reprints is if you receive a damaged product or discover a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free reprint if notified within 15 days of delivery. 

We will require proof of the product or print defect to process any returns.
